Goat ground meat is a great gourmet, healthy, natural treat for your special dog. Goat meat is especially welcomed for dogs with sensitivities and allergies to other meats. Unlike most ground meats our ground is only from our premium goats. It is never mixed with the meat from other goats. Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to serve and wash hands after handling. 100% grass fed with no additives. Packs may be irregular. 

Like lamb, goat commonly appears in human diets around the world. This is a shame, as goat represents a pretty healthy protein source, and it doesn’t cause the environmental impact that cow, chicken, or beef production does.

Goat meat is rich in protein (it contains more protein than beef or pork), but it contains hardly any fat at all. The only commonly used protein that is leaner than goat meat is tilapia, and tilapia doesn’t have as much protein as goat meat does.

Be aware that goat has a strong flavor that may not appeal to all dogs. So, be sure to let your dog try a small amount of the meat before setting up your own goat-breeding ranch in the backyard.
